Process
Three improv teams host a free Wednesday show. I created a flexible visual kit for posts and stories, plus a short caption rhythm to keep promos quick. We delivered event branding and social media design templates that leaders could update each week without starting from scratch. Dates, lineups, and ticket details drop into consistent layouts so followers know where to look.
We also set a simple schedule. Post the weekly poster, follow with a short clip, then a reminder on show day. Templates keep the voice and visuals aligned across platforms.

Results
Promotions stayed steady. Audiences knew when to show up and what to expect. Attendance held strong because the content was easy to recognize and share. This is the everyday value of branding and consistent design done right.


Lessons Learned
Consistency wins. A light template saves time and keeps the feed on brand without last-minute scrambles.
