NAA Animated Video

Education + Advocacy Piece (NAA)

Process

We started by mapping the core message in one sentence, then built a script that follows a simple three-part flow. Problem. How it works. Why it helps. The storyboard translated each beat into clean shapes and short movements so narration stays in front. Illustrations were designed to be recognizable at a glance with labels for key terms.

Voiceover and music were selected for warmth and pace. We created chapters for easy reuse at conferences, in meetings, and on the web. Subtitles and aspect ratio versions make distribution simple across platforms. Reviews with subject matter experts kept terminology accurate and grounded.

Results

The final cut explained a complex system in minutes and worked across live events and stakeholder briefings. It also sparked better questions because people understood the basics quickly. That is the purpose of animated explainer video production done with clarity and intent.

Lessons Learned

Animation works best when every second has a job. Keep the visuals simple and let the script lead.
