Video Series
Process
We collaborated with program leaders and caseworkers to find stories that show how the tech helps real people. Pre-interviews shaped a script outline for each episode. We kept shots simple and focused on faces, hands, and screens so viewers could follow along without confusion.
The production plan covered interviews, b-roll, screen capture, and lower thirds. Each video closes with a short benefit and a clear next step. We delivered full-length edits and social cutdowns, plus captions and transcripts for accessibility.
Results
Stakeholders saw outcomes, not just features. The series made complex tools feel useful and human, which sped adoption conversations. This is the strength of a practical video campaign strategy and production grounded in real stories.
Lessons Learned
Lead with people and show the product in context. Clarity builds trust.
