Aspira Realty Rebrand
Real estate branding designed to empower teams.
DIY Marketing Templates | Santa Rosa, CA
The Challenge
Aspira Realty had a brand — it just wasn’t keeping up with them. As a boutique firm with a growing team, they needed a look that felt polished and intentional, not generic. More importantly, they needed their agents to produce on-brand materials independently, without sending every flyer or social post back to a designer.
Process
We started by aligning on audience, personality, and the collateral agents actually use day to day. From there, I refreshed the visual identity — expanding the color palette, tightening typography, and introducing a pattern system that scales across formats. Then came the part that made it practical: a full suite of Canva templates built for the way agents actually work. Flyers, social posts, property one-pagers — all set up so the team could swap a photo, update the stats, and publish without breaking the layout. We wrapped up with brand usage documentation and a short training session so the guidelines didn’t just live in a PDF nobody opens.

Results
Aspira launched their refreshed brand with a full marketing push and the confidence to show it off. Agents went from waiting on design help to publishing on-brand materials in minutes. The brand finally looked like the firm they’d already become.

Lessons Learned
A rebrand isn’t finished when the logo is approved — it’s finished when the team can actually use it. Building templates and training into the scope is what turns a brand guide into a brand that sticks.
