Process
Aspira wanted a refresh to stand out among boutique firms. We aligned on audience, personality, and must have collateral. I expanded the palette, tightened typography, and introduced patterns that scale. Then I built a flexible set of real estate branding and marketing templates in Canva so the team could produce flyers, social posts, and property one-pagers in minutes.
We documented logo spacing, color usage, and image styles to guard consistency. Training sessions focused on common agent tasks. Swap photos, update stats, keep the grid. The goal was speed without sacrificing quality. We also prepared a simple launch rhythm so listings and neighborhood features appear regularly in the feed.


Results
The new look reflects who they are and where they are headed. With branded templates, the team publishes on-brand materials in minutes, not days. Listings feel cohesive across MLS graphics, stories, and print.

Lessons Learned
Empowerment matters. When non-designers get usable templates and light training, brand quality scales without extra stress.
